On the WiFi advanced settings to my CISCO EPC3925 router, there is a bandwidth control option, but said option seems to only change the download speed of connected devices. I want to lower the upload speed of device because video streaming on laptops and phones causes lag spikes on my main machine that is connected via ethernet.
