How to prioritize certain traffic in Nexus 7k

Hi Experts,

we would like to prioritize a subnet traffic in Nexus 7K when refering to cisco docs its very confusing generally i see with dscp and cos value not sure about the steps as they are different default templates

generally on routers its prety simple.

appreciate if anyone can give me steps to configure this on nexus 7k

i would like to prioritize source 10.193.32.0/24 destination 10.13.32.0/24

i have gone through the doc but its not clear about how to use acl for prioritization appreciate if you can provide the sample steps
