how to record session's configuration of users

hi,

for several cisco devices managed by several network engineers. 

I want to record all the configurations done by each user and once he logout, cisco device send the configuration commands made as txt or any extension to external server (like TFTP or anything else).

there is a feature called "archive" in the global mode, but I do not see it suitable for this scenario !

can this task be done natively by cisco IOS, or it has to rely on 3rd party NMS solution ?

Hi,

It is easier to use TACACS or RADIUS server for this.

I did not try any of them yet, I found a free TACACS+ software and will give a try
