How to register a deal with cisco

So I relatively new, and I am wanting to register a deal for creating a data center (mostly switching).  I would like to take advantage of educational pricing. Is there a process that I can follow?

Normally you would go to a Cisco partner/reseller to purchase cisco gear, along with support in some cases. Below is a link where you can find the closest one to you.
