Solved: How to see the transceiver serial number plugged into the FEX?

What is the command to view the transceiver serial numbers for the FEX uplinks to the Nexus 5K?

The show inventory and show interface transceiver commands on the 5K only show the info on the 5K interfaces.

Have you tried:
show fex XXX tranciever --> where xxx corresponds to your fex id.
