How do I treat a single multicast group in a vlan layer 2 only as if igmp snooping has been disabled for the vlan?
I need all other groups to still join and leave through the igmp process but 1 particular group I want to be treated as broadcast to every access port on a single vlan.
I am working with a catalyst 9500 and around 30 3650 catalyst.
I am aware of the “ip igmp snooping vlan x static A.B.C.D interface” command but would that mean I need to do that for every single access port associated to the vlan? Or is there a way to do this globally?
