How to simulate 1G bps traffic on Nexus 3048

I am looking for a solution to simulate real traffic on Nexus 3048, which are UDP/TCP traffic. Some engineer says the switch can simulate it, but I doubt it. Is it true a switch can simulate layer 4 traffic?

Hello VinsonQu98255,

in order to generate real TCP traffic you need a sender and a receiver so I would use two PCs with iperf or other tool like that.
