|How to turn off multicast advertisment for gateway

Hi

I have a ELS switch that has a static gateway plugged into it that uses a certain router, however a Cisco SG350-28P switch on the same network is sending out a multicast packet advertising itself as the default gateway, and when it does that then the ELS switch, goes to that gateway and messes things up. How can I turn that off? Or how can I route a subnet to a router in the switch settings?

Here is the running config in plain text! I redacted some possibly sensitive information, however in the actual config file, it's not like that.

Could you ever figure this out? Trying to figure out why a Cisco CBS250-8T-D device is sending ICMP router advertisements for itself on the network. The only thing that stops it is disabling multicast on the switch entirely which I don't want to do.
