how to use RMON feature to find CPU or Memory OID !?

Hi,

I know RMON supports it, but I am not familiar on how to find OID from MIB,

what I want to do is, to use RMON to send SNMP Trap, if CPU utilization is crossed 50% for 1 minute,

RMON supports this config, but how to find the OID of the CPU from MIB tree ?, 

appreciate of someone can guide me on this,
