how to whitelist a exe file from specific URL for existing policy on Scansafe

Hi

I am trying to  figure out how to whitelist a specific EXE file on Scansafe (cisco cloud web security ) .currently we do have a default policy that is blocking some of the file extension downloads including .exe as well and I cant figure out to allow only for specific website . 

I will appreciate if anyone help me on this

Thanks for the respond but that link actually explains how to white list specific URL .my stituation is little different . our users have already have access to website but they are not allowed to download .EXE file from that website . I need to find a create policy or whitelist .EXE file from that specific website so users can download it . ?
