HSR ring problems

Hello,

Since several month we observe issues with HSR ring in some locations.
They just stop working without any reason or alert following it and the problem is not on all switches in the ring but only some.
It happened for example yesterday and affected 2 out of 4 switches.
The solution we have is going with console cable and shut-unshut interface, but as this is quite repetitive (every few months some ring crashes) we would like to understand why and how to avoid it or at least predict it.
Interesting is fact that this switches has high memory usage, but checked for memory leaks - did not have any.

Any suggestions or ideas what else could we check or what could be a possible explanation?

I do not really understand how that could affect HSR ring, can you explain?

Setup is quite simple - ring is isolated, contains few switches (usually 3 or 4).

What information would you need?
