You mean if you have Essential Lisense?

 No, there is not. HSRP or VRRP are considered High Availability protocol and they will all fall in the Advanced license.

that seem to be only partially correct. HSRP is indeed part of Advantage. VRRP on the other hand is included in Essentials license.
