Hi,
I have an a Catalyst 2950 with IOS with IOS ver. 12.1(12c)EA1
where are connected two router with HSRP configured.
If I switch off on of the two routers I don't see on MAC address table
the port where is connect 0000.0c07.ac01 (layer 2 virtual address)
and I can't surf on network from client of LAN.
What can I do because all it working fine ?

If I understand you correctly then you are saying that the failover in your HSRP group is actually not working properly: when you disconnect the active router, the standby router does not seem to acquire the active role and does not provide the connectivity to outside networks. Is that correct?
I think we should start verifying the problem by looking at the HSRP router configuration. If possible please post the following outputs:
Let's focus on the switch only after we are sure that the HSRP configuration is correct and working as expected.

because I have to say this at technician of my ISP
that manage the routers.
