HSRP Problems

i have two 4507R working in HSRP, also i has varios cluster, one of then has exchange for mail service, they works with cluster microsoft,(various aplicacion each one with a ip, but i get all service by one IP) the problems occurs whe they make a failover i have to include an static arp ARPA in on of the two 4507r to get works well when they make a failover again i have to erase the static arp and include it in the other 4507 or make a trace to know where i get the cluster.

hi recardo..... can u just send me the configs of the vlan that u are using in both 4507R switches....so that i can analize more on this...

i am sending a sh vlan.

If you enabled the multicast in the network, it may capture the HSRP hello packet. Check below link for reference :

But the command may not be supported by 4507R.

Try to check below link for the troubleshoot and apply corresponding ACL to the interface. Please check case study 7 and whole article. Or try the BIA command to allocate the MAC address.

Sorry for not tried this and not able to tell the exact solution. Please advise the result when you tested the solutions.
