hi,

i think this  could be the problem because the forward rate difference between 2960 and 3850

Hello

I assume the new core is using the same SDM templetes, switching method, stp etc...
Are you using different cabling : copper and now fibre or fibre now copper?
What do the interface statistics report, any drops, errors etc...

Can you post the config of the 2960 and 3850 core?
