Hello Sachin,
If you are trying to reach this tool:
https://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/Support/OutputInterpreter/home.pl
It needs a CCO account associated with a Cisco service contract.
Warm Regards,
Rose

I was trying to download output interpreter from following URL:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tools-catalog.html
From there it went to URL:
https://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/OutputInterpreter/home.pl?locale=en
Where I got error message:
Status: 302 Found Location: http://www.cisco.com/web/applicat/tsweb/403.html
Please, where I can download this tool?

Ok. I have created guest account and it gives this error even I'm logged in. Should I have other type of account to be able to access that website?
Thanks!

Here is what I get from the Cisco web site about requirements for Output Interpreter
The Output Interpreter is only available to registered Cisco.com users with a Cisco service contract.
Here is the URL if you want additional detail
