I'm trying to deploy a 1941 on a new circuit and am having a problem I've never seen before.
I have access to my router via the Lan interface. When I access it, I can see,
The LEC's edge equipment in my Arp Table:
Internet 65.153.195.LEC 0 28c0.da6b.xxxx ARPA GigabitEthernet0/0
Internet 65.153.195.ME - 88f0.31df.xxxx ARPA GigabitEthernet0/0
My 0.0.0.0 0.0.0. route is pointed at the LEC's edge address. I can pint the LEC's gateway, I can ping out to the internet. I've watched the counters to confirm the pings are going via the WAN interface and not around the other way.
THE Cicruit Provider cannot see my equipment at all, and sees the circuit as down hard.
I don't have anyone local on the site, but there is a chance the sys light on my 1941 might be blinking green, (It was when the router was originally installed).
Any ideas? I have not seen this before. One side seems to work the other doesn't seem to thing the side exists.
Any input would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks

Jon,
You have done all the correct tests and the connection is us. It maybe that the provider is looking at the wrong circuit. Verify with them the correct circuit id.

The LEC found a error on their side---I figured that was the case but when my remote guy booted up the router he said he was getting an error blink on the WAN interface....Thanks very much for picking up my question
