I cannot login usinf default user name and password

I cannot login using default cisco username and password.

I have done a Romon command to reset the password, but it was of no use.

It is 3925 Model Router. I am at my wits end. What should I do?

i would suggest to contact Cisco TAC and have it RMA'd.
