I cannot ping from CME router to the PC

I am using a 2620XM router as the CME/TFTP. From the PC I can ping the dhcp,switch virtual interfaces and the CME router, but I only cannot ping from CME router to the PC. In the PC, firewalls has been disabled. No ACLs are used in the CME.

I can ping from the dhcp router or from any other router in the network to the PC but only issue is with the CME but even though I can ping from PC to CME. Network card, cables all are working fine.

Because of this issue I was not able to register the IP Communicator, but all the other IP Phones are registered with CME and working fine.

Is anyone can figure this out and help me .

Are CME and PCs in the same subnet?
Are there VLAN?
How many IP Address are configured on CME?
Have you configure bind interface?
