I do not see the option to enable multicast routing on Cisco Switch Catalyst 2960-S. I have the following software version- C2960S Software (C2960S-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 12.2(55)SE3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1) & LAN Base license

From one of the thread for your refefence :

Since IOS version 12.2(55)SE, the support for static unicast IPv4 routing was added to 2960 and 2960-S Catalysts. Hence, 2960 and 2960-S can provide basic inter-VLAN routing services. They do not support routing protocols, though, and also they do not support multicast routing.
