idle user will not clear disconnect

Idle user will not end, tried clear line vty and disconnect ssh vty  and no go

here is the output of the show process cpu

the ssh session is extremely slow.

this is 3750 stack in production ver 15, I can not reboot the switch.

You may try to find TCP session and clear it:

 show tcp br

 clear tcp tcb ...
