IE-3000-4TC with IEM-3000-4PC

Hello

We've used ie-3000 series for the first time, and tried to make system consisting of

IE-3000-4TC+ 2x IEM-3000-4PC work, assigned ip to IE-3000-4TC, entered its interface from web and cisco enwork assistand but weren't able to make

IEM-3000-4PC work. And weren't abel to find a configuration page to activate conenction between this components.

IEM-3000-4PC untis are powered by PWR-IE65W-PC-AC that's led indicated DC pwoer is ok, but all leds on

IEM-3000-4PC are off, we tried t oconnect to network throgh it's port by laptopn, the led was orange all the time and network was not accessible

Hi Mikheil,

If you are trying to get the IEM-3000-4PC to work, make sure that you are on at least 15.0(2)EY1.  This is probably the most common "gotcha" I come across.  Hope that helps.

Thansk for reply, you're absolutely corret. The switch has 12.x IOS and we're waiting for demanded one from our supplier
