IE 4000 and rate limiting

 does the CISCO IE 4000, with recent IOS, support the VLAN rate limit ?

If it possible what are the commands?

Alberto, did you ever come up with a solution?  We have a ISR 4331 with a NIM-ES2-4 switchport card.  I can't figure out the rate-limit command on VLAN1 like the older model routers.
