Hi guys,
I need some clarification on how the dual-feed DC power supplies are suppose to operate on the IE series switches.
We have an IE4000 with 2 DC power feeds, DC-A is 54VDC and DC-B is 24VDC.
When DC-A is lost and the switch is running on DC-B, when DC-A comes back online the switch doesn't seem to switch back to using DC-A as the running power source.
Is there any kind of switch or CLI command that needs to be run to enable this? The only documentation I've read says that when both feeds are operational the switch runs on the power supply with the most voltage, but after DC-A is lost and then comes back it doesn't seem to switch back to DC-A.
