I would like to set the "admin" password but the User management screen doesn't allow one to change it, it is grayed out. I also tried to run Express Setup and although the documentation shows a password setting fields, they do NOT appear on my screen when connected into the web management page.
Anyone have any idea how this works? or is it broken? I've tried 2 different units, the original and an RMA, and I can't get cisco support since I don't have a contract.
