IE3000 removable compact flash duplication

Hi

I have purchased a spare removable CF for the industrial Ie3000. I would like to duplicate the original so I can recover failures quickly. I tried inserting the new flash and copying running to startup but this failed. Is there a procedure for this?

I have worked out what is wrong. The Compact flash is glued to a clear plastic carrier which is used to quide the CF into the slot. On all the spare CF modules I purchased are glued to the carrier upside down. This stops the CF from connecting correctly. I have removed the CF from the carrier and re-glued the right way up and the copy works fine.

Must be a manufacture problem
