The AP doesn't boot. although it turn on, it keeping the red led state.

Looks like a cable problem.  You'll need to run a TDR on the GigabitEthernet port to really determine where the problem is.

Looks like you are correct.

sw02#test cable tdr interface f0/4
sw02#show cable-diagnostics tdr interface f0/4
TDR test last run on: May 18 14:51:50

Interface Speed Local pair Pair length        Remote pair Pair status
--------- ----- ---------- ------------------ ----------- --------------------
Fa0/4     auto  Pair A     N/A                N/A         N/A
                Pair B     N/A                N/A         N/A
                Pair C     N/A                N/A         Not Supported
                Pair D     N/A                N/A         Not Supported

I might get off my chair and repair the cable :)

                Pair C N/A N/A Not Supported
                Pair D N/A N/A Not Supported

If you're talking about the result for Pair C & D, this is to be expected because you're using the FastEthernet port of a 2960 (instead of using the GigabitEthernet port of the same switch).  FastEthernet port of the 2960 will NEVER test Pair C & D.
