Will IGMP( Internet Group Management Protocol) work with this kind of setup?

Here is a document on how to configure IGMP on the SG series.

IGMP requires to have subnetting?

You shouldn't need further subnetting. It should just work in one vlan.

Hi,

IGMP will be forwarded as normal frame on ethernet by default.

However, IGMP snooping might not be enabled / supported by default on switches. At a result, they might flood the multicast traffic on that VLAN instead of just forwarding to IGMP groups members.
