When LACP independent mode is enabled, if the port-channel does not receive LACP PDUs, then the ports associated with the port-channel are removed from the port-channel and made visible to the higher layer modules. Should the port-channel interface now continue to send LACP PDU or should the PDU transmission stop once the port is removed from the port-channel?
