Input discards on Nexus 7K etherchannel

Hi,

I have an etherchannel between two Nexus 7K switches and  noticed the etherchannel is reporting a 3693167380 input discards and incrementing by the second. The allowed vlans are configured ther same on each side of the etherchannel so just wondering if anyone might have any ideas to the cause.

No one has reported any problems.

What code are you running on n7k and also can post the output of "show int poX trunk" and "sh spanning-tree int poX" from N7k and the neighbor device.

Do you have VTP turned on in your network ? If yes do you have VTP pruning enabled ?
