That looks like duplex mismatch error because someone has manually configured the speed and duplex.

Hello,

 

what is connected on that interface ? Input errors (without overruns or queue drops, in your case) could indicate a physical (cabling) problem, or a problem with the NIC of whatever is connected to that port. Do you get the same errors when you connect the device on a different port ?
