I've recently upgraded one of our WS-C2960-48PST-L switches to IOS c2960-lanbasek9-mz.150-2.SE4.bin and 'm seeing an "InsufficientFreeMemory" alert on MEM [Processor] module of the device, raised by LMS
show processes memory does suggest a potential problem:-
Processor Pool Total: 21751188 Used: 19922472 Free: 1828716
I/O Pool Total: 4194304 Used: 2611956 Free: 1582348
Driver te Pool Total: 1048576 Used: 40 Free: 1048536
Looks like around only 8% of the processor memory pool is free… and the default threshold in LMS is 15%
Anybody else noticed this and should I be concerned about the lack of free memory available to the processor?

A-ha. You're running PoE? Do you also have Dot1X configured?
If you do (either one or both), do NOT use 15.0. PERIOD.
Use 12.2(5)SE7 or 12.2(55)SE8.

Dave,
Welcome to the h.e.l.l. of post-12.2(55)SE IOSes on 2960 Catalysts. If you search through this forum, there are dozens of similar reports.
Following Leo Laohoo's (our resident expert on these issues) advice, I suggest you downgrade to 12.2(55)SE7 if possible.
