I have 2 24 Port Switch in my office. one at ground floor and one at first floor and also a 16 port switch at First Floor. i also have two Internet connection that runs parallel (Tulip and BSNL). Tulip is Primary and BSNL is for backup in case tulip fails. Now When i connect tulip to 24 port switch of first floor. Internet is not working at both floors and when i disconnect tulip from first floor switch it works fine at ground floor switch. I can use a 16 port switch to communicate between First Floor and Ground Floor Switch. BSNL is working fine at both level.
Please Suggest me what to do??????????

Hello,
Lets explain a little bit your question as it's not clear enough.
You have 2 internet connections ( You have 3 switches 2 of them a 24 port switches) 2 of them on different floors and they get connected by an intermediate 16 port switch.
When you connect the primary internet connection (Tulip) to the first floor switch you cannot connect to the internet.
The BSNL secondary switch on boot floors works perfect.
First question:
1- How are you setting the default gateway for the users PC's, how do the PC's know where to send the packets to Tulip or to BSNL?

This needs more detail.
Where is the dmarc for the ISP and what switch should they all be connected to?
What is the interface configuration on the switch for each ISP link?
What is the default route for each ISP connection?
It sounds like a configuration issue but need to figure out where it is at.
Also, what breaks when you plug in the ISP link? Your problem is not very clearly defined. Give a little more info and we will find the issue pretty quickly.
