Hi,
So we have a standalone network for one of departments for Internet/Adsl,
Internet-> Cisco 4300 -> cisco 9300
now We got 1Gig link from the Isp and I tested the speed directly connecting the Isp Ont device and am able to get almost 1 gig speed, but on the switchport I am getting 100 Mbps,
what could be the issue or is there some way to check on the Rtr to check the speed recieved on the Isp connected interface.

Check the interface between the router and the switch for any speed/duplex mismatch &/or line errors.

There are several interfaces that you need to check: 4300 to the Isp Ont device, 4300 to 9300 and 9300 to 4300. One thing that could cause symptoms like you describe is that one interface is configured to negotiate speed and/or duplex but the other interface does not negotiate. It might be helpful if you would post the output of show interface from both of your devices.
