I was searching and searching and unable to find this IOS anwhere
122-25.SEE2, I was wondering if there was anyone who could help me out, or tell me why I can't find it.

There is a 122-25.SEE3 out there under deferred releases . That is so old they probably have taken it out of the system . If you have it on any other switches on your network you could always copy it out of those.

You can't find it because Cisco has deemed it "critical" possibly because there were bugs that warrants this version to be "pulled" from the website.
