Hi all,
i tried to upgrade my 3750X-48 Stack from IOS 15.0.(1)SE3 to 15.0.(2)SE7 with the command:
archive download-sw tftp://<IP>/<IOS-Tar-File>
After some time i received the following error message:

Can anyone help me?
I don't understand the problem.

Maybe you have the C3KX-SM-10G module installed, which would require the "SOFTWARE IMAGE FOR SERVICE MODULE C3KX-SM-10G" (c3kx-sm10g-tar.150-2.SE7.tar in your case)...

Hi Iulian,
that's probably correct.
When i enter the sh Switch service-module command i got the following output:
Switch/Stack supports service module CPU version: 03.00.41
Temperature CPU
Switch# H/W Status (CPU/FPGA) CPU Link Version
-----------------------------------------------------------------
2 OK 69C/68C connected 03.00.41
1. I suppose that this indicates a 10G module?
2. Is there any other way to find out the type of module?
3. Does the tar-image only contain the Software of the module, or is the IOS of the Switch also included?
Thanks
Jens

1,2. Yes, that most likely indicates a 10G service module - "show inventory" should show a C3KX-SM-10G somewhere in the list.
3. c3kx-sm10g-tar.150-2.SE7.tar only contains the software for the module - now, I've never done this before, but I think just adding both to the "archive" command should do the trick (that is, "archive download-sw tftp://<IP>/<IOS-Tar-File> tftp://<IP>/<SM10G-Tar-File>").
