IOS wont boot (ISR4321)

I tried pretty much all already. One thing I haven't is I didn't replace the IOS with different version. Below is whats happening. I'm getting errors when trying to choose the image. Eventually, I;m able to bring up bootflash as you can see below, but then some commands dont work. I finally choose one that does, it does it's thing and then just goes in circles. The below pretty much says it all. Any ideas?

The boot variable string is totally *pooched*.
Change the config-registry value to 0x2101 and hard-reboot the router (power it off and power it back on).

I would try the version of Denali as I am having some issue myself with Everest

isr4300-universalk9.16.03.06.SPA.bin

Load your image onto a FAT32 formatted USB stick and do the command:

boot usb0:isr4300-universalk9.16.03.06.SPA.bin

It may ask you do a reset once or twice too...
