IoT Day and Night Python Packet Tracer

Hi 

I wonder if someone can point me In the right direction 

Im trying to script a python code on a MCU within packet tracer so it actions a certain function if its night time, for example if its night time the door is closed, if its day time the door is open. 

Can anyone help

Im trying to work on a script that executes a if else statement if the time is before 18:00 but I realise some python modules don't work in PT has anybody had experience with this?
