i have question about IP base license if supported or multicast and IGMP sopping.
and after i buy the switch can i upgrade the license to ip service

Hi,
IP base license does support IGMP Snoping, but if you need PIM and other advanced multicast features you need IP services license. And yes you can upgrade from IP Base to IP services after you purchase the switch,

can you please check if the license support multicast and IGMP Snoping

Hi,
2960 series switches are mainly layer-2 and not layer-2/layer-3 like 3560, 3750, 3850, etc..
So for 2960 series there is no IP services license and multicast is limited to IGMP Snooping
from the data sheet:
Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) Snooping for IPv4 and IPv6 MLD v1 and v2 Snooping provide fast client joins and leaves of multicast streams and limit bandwidth-intensive video traffic to only the requestors.

i have another question, in all my scenario i just need to configure IGMP snooping and IGMP query, IP base license support for IGMP query or no? and also if you can give me the reference.
