Ip Lessing not correctly

In a vlan network Ip is not Lessing correctly from Dhcp server from sg550 switch to L2 switch.

Some systems Dhcp is working and internet works, in few systems Dhcp is not working,and when I add it manual ip works but internet not working.

the situation is not clear
do you use a single vlan or multiple ?
do you use a single DHCP scope or multiple ?

does everything works when connected directly to the sg550 but not to the L2 switch (what brand/model)

-> this looks like a routing problem, the SG550 does not route for one of the subnet/vlan
=>> check if the SG550 has an SVI (vlan interface + ip-address ) for this subnet/vlan
