Hi
Is it 802.1x thats causing it ? if you remove that is it still happening last 2 command
have you any logs from the switch when it happens ?

I think there is nothing to do with 802.1x ..  but still its mandatory for our organization that all the ports should in 802.1x configured so i can't remove that part any other way ?/

and thank you for  helping

Hello,

in addition to Mark's suggestions, I have looked around, and there could be a problem with the 3905 phones and LLDP. On the ports connected to the 3905 phones, try and disable LLDP (no lldp transmit), and use CDP instead (which should be enabled by default)...

Thanks for input

Will this need any reload of switch or restart required .. My network should not go down coz we work in citrix

no its just config no restarts required , any logs from the switches so we can see what might be causing it ?

Ok then i ll remove LLDP ..

And will monitor.

Also one more question

Some times even phone wont get enough power to turn on in this case i have to use POE injuctors to power up the phone any suggession on this??

Thank you

Check show power inline . to see if you have any POE left , you maybe over drawing the power supplies to what you actually have connected , what power supplies and what model switch is it and what phones exactly are being connected , these are things to check

Hear is the log
