Hi,
I'm Currently new to the setup as per review of all configuration I have no clue whos giving the ip address to my IP Phone.
Also I check all the router configuration and our DHCP server but there's no range for our IP Phone.
DHCP range 10.34.48.0 - 10.34.48.254
My problem is when I connect the Alcatel IP Phone my IP phone IP address is 10.34.62.X.
tried wireshark in ip.addr == 10.34.62.0/24 but the packet doesn't display maybe because I haven't setup wireshark properly only broadcast message is on the list.
Please see the attached for diagram and wireshark.
Thanks

I'm not familiar with the Alcatel phones, but can you release and renew or do a factory reset, which will cause the dhcp discover, offer, request and acknowledge packets to be exchanged and hopefully captured by wire shark.
are there ip helper addresses on the vlan?
is the switchport that is connected to the phone configured with the 10.34.48.x or 10.34.62.x vlan?
Another question, is the phone functioning ok on the wrong vlan?
hope this helps
