my core switch is connected to checkpoiint, checkpoint got three IP address for eth1(external), ether2, ether3 (DMZ)

in core switch running config, which ip I should put in ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 IP?

does 0.0.0.0 mean for every outside network ?

basically for anything switch does not have a destination(route for) for in its routing table send it to the checkpoint to process

Yes any traffic with an unknown route to its destination will be forwarded out that port.
