Thank you Mr Jon marshall for your reactivity but PACKET TRACER it work with SWITCH 3560 and here is the config
VLAN1 interface
no ip address
shutdown
!
VLAN10 interface
ip address 192.168.1.100 255.255.255.0
!
Vlan20 interface
ip address 192.168.2.100 255.255.255.0
!
ip classless

but on my 4500 switch that I am not running out a mistake overlaps with an IP address of another vlan

But you are using different subnets in the example above ie. 192.168.1.0/24 and 192.168.2.0/24.

But in your other post all the IP addresses were from the same subnet which is why it didn't work.

By the way you should have posted this response into the other thread, no need to start another post just to respond.
