%IPADTBL-N-IPDUPLICATE: Duplicate IP address Cisco SG300

I'm getting this error on a cisco SG300

%IPADTBL-N-IPDUPLICATE: Duplicate IP address 192.168.120.137 from MAC e4:c7:22:e9:87:98 was detected on VLAN 1, port gi10, aggregated (6)

so I changed the Vlan1 address to 192.168.120.236 bit I get the same error

 %IPADTBL-N-IPDUPLICATE: Duplicate IP address 192.168.120.236 from MAC e4:c7:22:e9:87:98 was detected on VLAN 1, port gi10

also when I do a sh run it doesn't display each port's config as it would on say a 2960.

Port gi10 is the trunk port.

Hey,

Try configuring the following:

nmsp attachment suppress
no ip device tracking max

at the interface level on the device connected to SG300 on Gi10.

I tried it on the interface but those commands are not recognised:

switch01(config)#int gi10
switch01(config-if)#nmsp attachment suppress
% Unrecognized command
switch01(config-if)#no ip device tracking max
% Unrecognized command

Hey,

You need to configure this on the device connected on interface Gi10, i.e device connected to SG300 on port Gi10.

I am getting error in sg300 switch

port 11 is connected with port gi 1/0/39 cisco 2960 switch

please help me as soon as possible

i also checked with  your two command configured on 2960 s interface

I'm facing the same problem,  I traced the mac address which is the SVI address on the core 4500E switch, but can't find the root cause, so if anyone has a solution please share.
