We have two Nexus 5548 in a dual HA configuration. We have HSRP configured on VLAN705 on both Nexus and the VIP is xx.1. The access switch is a WS-C3560X-48P, the log on the Nexus is filled with duplicate IP address messages for the HSRP VIP address xx.1

I seen post saying to disable ip tracking on the access switch or lower the logging level to 2 for ARP. Dose anyone know of any other remedy for these error on the Nexus? I seen this same error on two separate NXOS codes 5.2.1 and 7.1.1

Any input would be helpful, I know the CCIE's have expert knowledge on these topics.

Look at bug CSCud96554.

It references Nexus 7000, but it matches the errors in the log.

Known fix is below.

Workaround:
Reduce the logging level 2 for arp 'logging level arp 2' on Nexus

Or

Disable IP device tracking feature on the IOS device if not being used.
