I have a set top box being deployed into the network and it's not receiving multicast streams. Multicast is working correctly everywhere else. Looking for the best way to troubleshoot this particular device. The technician has moved this box to a different Cisco 3850 in the network and it works. Is there something I should look for on this particular switch that could be blocking the multicast?

If it work on one 3850 and not work on this 3850 it would be helpful to see the current running config from both switches, with an indication of where the device was connected on each switch.
