I am sending a IPv4 message with TTL value of 0
from a Router 1 to Router 2 will loose source and record route option containing the Router 3
in its Route data area list . Router 1 is connected to Router 2 which is connected to Router 3.
Router 2 gives a ICMP Error message with IPv4 Checksum in the padded IP header recomputed as
the Loose source and record route information is processed. Is this checksum recalculation acceptable?.
