IPV6 Lab- Links won't turn green/upward

Hi all,

Working on an ipv6 lab for graduate school. I'm fairly new to ipv6 addressing. I configured all the ip addresses for each interface on each router. Some of the links won't turn green/go upward. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Zip file attached.

The following 4 links seem to be wrongly configured. Please delete them and reconfigure them.

S1-MK to R1, S2-MK to R1, S3-MK to R2 and S4-MK to R3.

I can see that. I'm just confused as to what part of it is misconfigured. Is it the ipv6 address? I did no shutdown for these. I don't know if that broke something.

Hello,

for IPv6 to work, you need to configure the below:

1. Enable IPv6 globally (ipv6 unicast-routing)

2. Enable IPv6 on interfaces (ipv6 enable)

3. Enable routing (I used EIGRPv6) globally and on interfaces

4. Make sure that the IPv6 addresses used for the serial links use unique address spaces

Hi @justindabear ,

This issue does not have anything to do with the IPv6 configuration, but rather with the physical configuration in packet tracer. Go and delete the interfaces I mentioned and add them again.
