we have one 3560 switch and one 3850 switch my query is can we configure  HRSP/VRRP/GLBP between these switch, if can is it recommendable.

If both support the FHRP you wish to use, yes it should be possible.

It is recommended?  Well that depends on what you're trying to do.  If you want redundant L3 gateways, a FHRP is a common method to provide.

Yes totally agree have a 3650 and 3850 working together fine HSRP and ios and ios-xe software will work fine together too
